Operational Program Fisheries 2014-2020

The global objective of the Operational Programme Fisheries (OPF) is a sustainable and competitive aquaculture based on innovation, competitiveness, knowledge and better resource efficiency. The aim is to develop a sustainable fish farming in the Czech Republic and to ensure equal supply of freshwater fish during the year to the domestic market in the desired range, including the diversification of aquaculture (fish farming) to ensure the production of carp and its supply to the market and at the same time it is also necessary to support the introduction of modern intensive farming systems with the aim of increasing fish production and contribution to the elimination of negative impacts on the environment that will be acquired for the production of Salmonidae respectively other fish species to ensure year-round supply to the market network.
