Public procurement

Wording of the ex ante conditionality: Existence of arrangements for the effective application of Union public procurement law in the field of the ESI Funds. The responsible party of the ex ante conditionality is, in cooperation with the programmes' managing authorities and the National Coordination Authority, the Department of Public Procurement and Concessions Law at the Ministry of Regional Development.

The Ministry of Regional Development of the CR operates  a  Public procurement and concessions portal, where you can find information about public procurement.
